Maintenance
1. Pay As You Go support requires £250 deposit in advance 2. For Out Of Support charges minimum of one hour will be charged per reported incident 3. Standard and premium support requires payment of 4 months in advance and is none refundable 4. There is no contract, however if you stop paying the standard or premium support fee the customer agrees to allow Epos Dot Scot to put the software beyond use may that be remotely and onsite. 5. During the maintenance contract, if on-site visit is required the client will allow reasonable access to the system during the course of the agreement. 6. Software warranty is only covered as part of the standard/premium support package. Please review the software terms. 7. Support provided is limited to those who have had training by EPOS dot SCOT on using the EPOS system. If a support incident raised is related to the limited knowledge of the product then we may request you or your staff to take on some additional training. 8. Hardware warranty that is offered is the same warranty as offered by the manufacturer. Please see hardware warranty details 9. Software warranty from EPOS dot SCOT is offered only is part of the maintenance package. 10. Software updates and Backups only take please as part of the maintenance package. 11. Under this maintenance agreement EPOS dot SCOT or the Client both ways will not be held liable for any financial losses directly or indirectly.

From standard support cover to premium support cover with hardware swap including in package. We may even be able to support and extend the life of your existing system.
